Many things are in a state of flux in the healthcare sector. Carla is fascinated by innovative concepts and best practices. She uses design thinking to help hospital staff create sustainable, people-centric solutions that put patients first. Carla works in the team in a structured, determined and empathetic way.
Carla completed her Master of Arts in Business Innovation at the University of St. Gallen, where she learned and deepened her knowledge of the innovation method “Design Thinking”. She completed a Swiss Mobility Semester at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) to gain a better understanding of new technologies. After her studies, Carla worked for an Impact Investor, where she supported innovative healthcare companies in Africa.
She likes to spend her free time with her family and the family dogs. She also volunteers for street dogs in Mauritius. In winter you often find her snowboarding in Valais.
