What We Offer
To applicants with a bachelor’s degree, we offer a challenging environment for the further development of their capabilities through a training programme that takes 11 or 18 months. This internship will offer you an insight into the world of consulting. You will gather experience in project work, as well as in cooperating with various healthcare clients. You will be supported and coached individually, which will allow you to quickly ascend a steep learning curve. Compensation is based on industry standards.
What Your Position Entails
As a junior consultant, you will support client projects on different teams. From the beginning, you will have contact with clients, and you will create and participate in workshops. You will be in charge of your own work hours, and your mobile devices will allow you to work from anywhere. Our modern office at the Zurich airport will be available to you at any time.
What Kind of People We Are Looking For
You have a bachelor’s degree in economics, social sciences and/or humanities and desire a real challenge. You are motivated, you work conscientiously, and you are client-oriented. We are looking for people just like you!

Our Consultant in Healthcare training programme is divided into three phases. During the first year, you will support the project manager in several client projects. From the beginning, you will have contact with clients, and you will create and participate in workshops. Step by step, you assume project manager responsibilities by not only thinking but also thinking ahead. You will be able to propel projects ahead as a pacemaker. You will have many responsibilities and work in different team constellations, which will enable you to get to know different operating styles and the internal workings of the organization. You will be in charge of your own work hours, and your mobile devices will allow you to work from anywhere. Our modern office at the airport in Zurich will be available to you at any time.
What Kind of People We Are Looking For

As an experienced consultant, you will be responsible for acquisitions and manage your own clients as the key accountant manager.

You will manage client projects, tailored to your interests and experiences, on small, dynamic teams. You will set up programme management for clients on-site, and thereby gain their trust. As the key account manager, you are responsible for your client as well as for the acquisition of other projects. You work independently with ample freedom in a company that is open to new ideas and challenges. You will be in charge of your own work hours and your mobile devices will allow you to work from anywhere. Our modern office at the airport in Zurich will be available to you at any time.
What Kind of People We Are Looking For
You have a master’s degree, EMBA or PhD and have from four to seven years of experience. You are ambitious, motivated, and client-oriented, and your interest in healthcare completes your profile. We need you!
