Meriel Meiling became familiar with Lean Healthcare during her master’s degree in health economics and healthcare management. During her work on process analysis at a private hospital chain, she learned that the cornerstone for efficient collaboration is taking into consideration different disciplines. At walkerproject, Meriel Meiling continues to focus on lean healthcare and questions processes.
Meriel Meiling finds her balance in practicing sports: whether that is triathlon, skiing or yoga. Furthermore, she likes to travel and to learn about different cultures and languages. The exchange with people shows her how important it is to understand new cultures and their expectations.
