Fabian Bischof supports clients at walkerproject on their journey towards digital transformation and in defining new business models. His previous role at the digital service provider Namics prepared him ideally for this work. As a founder of several start-ups, he also developed digital business models and directly implemented the corresponding strategies.

He has been a strong advocate of the innovation method “Design Thinking” ever since discovering it during his business studies in St. Gallen and deepening his knowledge at Stanford University. With this approach, Fabian supports clients in innovation and hospital construction projects. Together with his clients, he designs future ways of working and brings strategies, processes, and organizational models to life.

In the field of Lean Hospital, Fabian helps hospitals take a holistic view of their operations and consistently align them with patient flow. He combines proven Lean principles with modern leadership approaches, creating space for sustainable change and continuous improvement in collaboration with frontline teams.

A key focus of his work lies in evolving leadership culture and systems. He supports leadership teams in building alignment, creating clarity, and establishing effective leadership at all levels. In this context, he regularly conducts leadership trainings and coaching sessions – hands-on, reflective, and always on equal footing.

In his free time, Fabian enjoys spending time with his family – preferably in or on the water. In summer you’ll find him swimming, and in winter skiing.
