Step 1
At the beginning of the project, the objectives and the exact scope of the project are defined together with the hospital. This ensures that everyone involved has a common understanding of the objectives and that the desired results are clearly formulated.
Step 2
In this phase, we carry out a detailed as-is analysis to understand the existing situation and create the basis for the design of the future infrastructure. Both quantitative data and qualitative findings are collected here.
Step 3
In the first design phase, the macro design is created, which defines the main structures and functions of the hospital. In simulation workshops, users test various spatial and functional concepts on a rough level.
Step 4
In micro design, the macro design is further refined in simulation workshops and elaborated on a more detailed level. This concerns specific rooms, work processes and technical equipment.
