What is it about?
We are looking for teams that are shaping the future of healthcare with their ideas. Have you taken measures in your team that:
- improve the quality of treatment,
- promote interdisciplinary cooperation,
- reduce costs or
increase patient or employee satisfaction?
Then this is your opportunity to share your successes with others and receive recognition!
Who can participate?
The competition is open to teams of 1 to 3 people who work in a healthcare organization in the region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and have implemented a measurable improvement in their organization (e.g. more time with patients, better patient experience, shorter lengths of stay, shorter documentation times, reduction of administrative workload, etc.).
What's the prize?
The top teams will be invited to the Inspiration Days 2025 in Lugano. There they can present their project to an audience of experts and decision-makers and win!
They can look forward to prize money of CHF 2,000, an award and unique coaching from walkerproject. The teams will also have their travel expenses, accommodation and meals in Lugano paid for.
