After her psychology degree, Anne completed here PhD, where she investigated how employees in organizations react to potential change. Anne has led several successful research projects addressing healthcare change, leadership as a means of change, and the implementation of the activity-based office. In addition to her work at walkerproject in Stockholm, Anne is a senior researcher at Karolinska Institutet. Anne has many years of experience as an implementation expert. Among other things, she has developed and supervised a successful training for healthcare managers, which helps break down changes and facilitates the planning and execution of relevant leadership behavior so that employees have the best conditions to implement change.
In her private life, the native of Hesse, who has lived in Stockholm for over 10 years, is enthusiastic about baking, likes to play tennis and paints modern watercolor.
