Micha Kämpfer

Everyone has a strategy nowadays. How can you make sure that strategic goals are effective in daily life? Strategies show how to achieve improvements for patients and employees. These are the issues that Micha Kämpfer’s projects tackle. He is interested in Lean Hospital system changes (in-patient care, out-patient procedure & treatment centers, emergency rooms) and the development of suitable management systems. Since 2013, he has been concentrating on projects in the Swiss and Scandinavian healthcare industries. Since the fall of 2017, he has been managing the Swedish branch of walkerproject. He also lectures on Lean Hospitals in various higher education programs.

Micha Kämpfer discovered his passion for strategic issues in 2005 as an intern at walkerproject. After studying at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and the Sciences-Po in Paris, he learned how to manage change from inside as part of company development projects at Swiss Re and UBS.

In his private life, this amateur photographer likes to change it up by traveling to faraway destinations or trying out new recipe ideas.
