At walkerproject, Fabian Bischof guides customers on their way to digitization and in defining new business models. His earlier position with digital service provider Namics prepared him well. As a founder of start-ups, he has also developed digital business models and implemented strategies straight away.
The “Design Thinking” innovation method has impressed him since he began studying Business Administration at St. Gallen; he later built on this knowledge at Stanford University. With this approach, Fabian Bischof supports customers in innovation and new build projects. Together with his customers, he develops new ways to work, bringing strategies, processes and organizational forms to life.
He enjoys spending his free time with his family – especially in or on the water. Swimming in the summer and skiing in the winter.
